WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR UPGRADES?
We utilize high-resolution technical resins engineered for maximum detail retention and structural integrity. Our materials are chosen for their superior sanding and painting properties compared to standard injection-molded plastic.
HOW DO I ENSURE KIT COMPATIBILITY?
Each product listing specifies the target kit manufacturer and scale (e.g., Revell 1/48 or Tamiya 1/35). We field-test all parts against the specific kit parts to ensure integration and minimal correction effort.
HOW ARE THE CORRECTIVE PARTS DESIGNED?
Our design process starts with exhaustive reference research using technical manuals and walk-around photos. We identify kit inaccuracies and use 3D CAD modeling to produce high-fidelity replacements that restore accuracy to a much higher level.

SIMPLY SELECT THE PARTS YOU WANT AND THE SCALE YOU WANT THEM IN. FOLLOW THE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE. ALL ORDERS ARE FULFILLED AND SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECIEVED. WHILE WE STRIVE TO KEEP A SURPLUS OF PARTS ON HAND, WE FIND MANY PARTS ARE PRINT TO ORDER.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS PROCESSED THROUGH THE SITES HOSTING SERVICE (WIX) AND EVEN SOME ALTERNATIVE PURCHASING OPTIONS. WE WANT TO SEE PEOPLE BE ABLE TO GET THE PARTS THEY WANT TO BUILD THE MODEL OF THEIR DREAMS.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN PARTS
PARTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ARE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. WE ALSO EXTEND THIS SUPPORT TO SOME SMALL COMPONENTS ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED DURING SUPPORT REMOVAL OR ASSEMBLY PREPARATION. WE UNDERSTAND HOW DELICATE HIGH-DETAIL RESIN PARTS CAN BE, AND WE SIMPLY ASK FOR HONESTY AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION WHEN REQUESTING REPLACEMENTS.
AS MODELERS OURSELVES, WE KNOW THE FRUSTRATION OF STALLED PROJECTS AND DAMAGED PARTS, WHICH IS WHY WE STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS WE PRODUCE.
REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE MANUFACTURED AND PROCESSED ALONGSIDE ACTIVE PRODUCTION ORDERS. DUE TO PRINTER CAPACITY AND PRODUCTION SCHEDULING, REPLACEMENT TURNAROUND TIMES MAY VARY. HOWEVER, EVERY APPROVED REPLACEMENT REQUEST WILL BE FULFILLED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING SHIPPING.

Usage & Installation
HOW DO I REMOVE SUPPORT STRUCTURES?
Use sharp nippers to cut supports 1mm away from the part. Submerge in warm water (60°C) for 30 seconds to soften the resin before snapping off for a cleaner finish.
WHAT ADHESIVE SHOULD I USE?
Standard plastic cement will not work. Use Cyanoacrylate (CA) 'Super Glue' or a high-strength epoxy. For clear parts, use UV-resin or PVA craft glue to avoid fogging.
HOW DO I PREP PARTS FOR PAINTING?
Lightly sand the surface with 800-grit paper. Clean parts with isopropyl alcohol to remove any residual resin oil. Always use a high-quality primer before base coating.
WHAT IF THE PART DOESN'T FIT MY KIT?
Kits vary by manufacturer and production year. If the fit is tight, slowly sand the kit mating surface. If there are gaps, use styrene strips or modeling putty for seamless integration.
ARE THE PARTS PRE-CURED?
Yes, all Black Ops 3D upgrades are fully washed and post-cured. They arrive ready for cleanup and installation. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct UV sunlight to prevent warping.
