Replace or expand your current body text with this version, keeping your NEMR branding front and center.
From our newly released NEMR line, this intake and fan kit is designed for the 1/32 Trumpeter F/A‑18 Hornet A/B/C/D. It replaces the multi‑part kit ducting with a single, seamless intake tube and a more accurate intake lip so you no longer have to fight long seams deep inside the intake.
The set includes one solid‑tube intake for each side and a two‑part fan assembly that sits at the rear of the duct, providing realistic depth and detail when you look down the intake. Printed in very high resolution, the surface is smooth and ready for primer, making it much easier to achieve a clean white intake with a sharp demarcation to the fan.
Key features
Seamless intake set for Trumpeter 1/32 F/A‑18 A/B/C/D kits.
One‑piece intake tubes that remove the need to fill and sand long internal seams.
Two‑part fan assembly for realistic depth and compressor detail at the back of each intake.
Designed in the NEMR line and printed in very high resolution for a smooth internal surface.
Direct replacement for the lackluster kit intake parts, bringing this highly visible area up to modern standards.
Compatibility
Fits Trumpeter 1/32 F/A‑18 Hornet A, B, C, and D models that use the original round intakes before the adoption of square intakes on later Hornet/Super Hornet variants.
Installation and use
Test‑fit the intake tubes to the Trumpeter fuselage halves before committing to glue, and trim or adjust as needed according to your build style. Once satisfied with the fit, glue the tubes in place, install the two‑part fan assembly at the rear, and lightly blend any joints at the intake lip. Prime and paint the intakes white and the fans in metallic shades, then install the forward fuselage as per the kit instructions.
